There are a lot of agency that do not allow pictures to be posted until he/she is legally yours. However our agency was the exception and allowed us to post pictures up until a fews weeks ago when a case unrelated to our agency lost there referral and are not able to ever adopt from Ethiopia, due to posting pictures and fundraising for their adoption. It was a really sad story. However they feel God has called them to adopt and they plan to move forward in His timing. So, once news of this circulated the internet our agency was bombarded by phone calls and emails about whether or not we should remove our pictures. They advised all families to remove all identifying info until we make it through court and the child is legally ours. This is a rare situation, and should not affect us, but we have take the safe route. We have court on Monday, and hopefully everything will go smoothly and he will be legally ours and the pictures will go up!, along with shouts of praise.
