We went to Lasting Expressions to get our free Halloween picture... Since she wouldn't really smile, I chose this pose. We call it "Growling Chicken"

After a quick stop at the Fire Station where we really scored a lot of candy,we went to the Family Fun Festival and Charlotte had a fantastic time!! We ate some Pronto Pups and she got her hand painted then we headed off to play.
Out on the baseball fields they had all the little kid games set up and for each one you got some candy. This was her version of hopscotch...
She LOVED the bouncy things- this was a pretty small one and she kept running around and climbing in and bouncing after she would slide down the slide. She didn't care that all the other kids were bigger and was completely oblivious to us. I think we could have gone home for a while and then come back to get her later and she wouldn't have noticed.

Then we went to ride some rides. She saw the ferris wheel and said "I no ride it" but she wanted to ride just about everything else. Since she was terrified of the carousel last year I thought we should start with that. She looked scared but loved it and was ready to go again immediately. She was able to ride it twice while I waited in line for the next one...
This one spun around and went up in the air and she loved it too- but the line was WAY too long to go again.
The last one was the little boats that just went around in a circle. She had to ride this one by herself but she was much more concerned that Daddy was leaving with her pink pumpkin and candy than the fact that he was leaving.
Maybe Matt's dream will come true and she will love to ride rides with him.
At the end of the night, we left Matt in line for some funnel cakes and headed out to the car. She was so exhausted she could barely walk. So I stripped off her costume and changed her diaper. Then it was becoming apparent we were going to wait a while I turned on Yo Gabba Gabba (Thanks Michael T.) and she held on to Muno and watched and watched. I know the camera phone picture is blurry but it is still funny. She was a total zombie.
The best part was when all the other kids were walking by and I could hear them yell "LOOK, it's Yo Gabba Gabba!!".

All in all, Halloween was a big exhausting success.

NO NO NO. I just got back from Disney World...and if you take that poor baby right now, you get what you deserve! I did not feel sorry for not one of those parents with TIRED CRANKY BABIES at that place. They should have NEVER brought them! Anyway, that being said...WAIT about 5 more years for that!
