but not so interesting I have to see how it ends. So that pretty much ends up being the show Lockup on MSNBC. It is all about how life works in prisons around the country. The first one that got me hooked was when they were showing the kitchen and how they make these massive meals so that it only cost like $0.87 a meal to feed each prisoner- it was nasty looking hotdogs and vats of things I couldn't identify. I know it is random. Don't judge me.But LAST night we stumbled upon something else... something on TCM that was filmed in DUOVISION. Apparently sometime before 1973 they decided that color movies and 3-D movies were all lacking that special something- a split screen so you could see things from two points of view at the SAME TIME. This technology is incredibly advanced. And so it gave birth to the movie Wicked, Wicked. A movie so obscure there is no Wikipedia entry. It took away 20 minutes of my life I will never get back.
I know the trailer is long, but just bear with me a few minutes in so that you can see the murder scene and the woman singing.
[ Family-friendly warning: there is a woman in her 'unmentionables' and some very, very fake violence scenes- I can't imagine who of my readers would be offended by this but just in case you have some 9 year old boys in the room or something!]
