Oh and I made this shirt too- She wore it on Sunday when we went outside for a little while to enjoy the nice weather. (It got up to 75 degrees.... tomorrow night it is going to be snowy-ish)

PS. This is just kinda the most basic pattern. I am looking for some ways to change it up (I am thinking ribbon or a ruffle on the bottom of the dress or pleated trim) so if you have any suggestions just let me know. I just wanted to put it all together at least once exactly like the directions so that I had an idea of how to do it before I complicated the matter.

LOVE the dress and top - what great FABRIC. . . . guess you can find some cuteness at Hancock. . .
Yeah, looks like you'll need a sewing blog for yourself and a modeling contract for Charlotte.
Looks like Charlotte is going to have a whole new wardrobe pretty soon. She'll be all set for spring/summer. What's the print on that first dress? It all looks really cute.
I can answer that - those are Japanese umbrellas! Really cute stuff that I didn't see the last time we were all at Hancock. It was near Jessica R's owl fabric.
