1. If you could buy any car, money not an option, what would it be?
Probably a Range Rover. Whatever I got, it would be black. I love black cars.
2. What was your worst first date ever?
Well, other that "going out" with a few random boys in middle school, I pretty much only went on a first date with Matt. It was a little awkward because we were very young (I had just turned 17) and we were very Southern Baptist and we went to see Jerry McGuire. If you will recall the opening scene of that movie is a bit... graphic... Luckily neither of us is that uptight, we just didn't know that about each other at the time. On a similar note, I was so young that I actually spent the night with a friend that night- my bffs and I still had weekly sleepovers and I didn't want to miss it for some boy :)
3. How old were you when you fell in love for the first time?
17.
4. When was the last time you reconciled your checkbook?
I don't use a traditional checkbook. But I keep a pretty tight watch on everything (if I didn't we would be so broke and so in debt- me being a stay at home mom is very much a sacrifice for us) and at least twice a month I do some number crunching.
This is going to sound awful or conceited or something, but I really don't need any new friends :) That isn't to say I don't WANT any, but I just can't think of a specific "gap" in friendship. One of the benefits to living in the same city your whole life is that you tend to know a LOT of people. I have my childhood BFFS and I have my texty BFF ( Hi LZ!! ).
I am lacking a friend who is a farmer. I would like some fresh eggs and stuff like that... So if you know anyone like that, it would be awesome! I am great friend- I swear!!

Ha! Love your final comment about needing a farmer friend! And let me just make it clear that what you're saying is that Matt was the worst first date you ever went on (also the best first date you ever went on, since you only went on one, but that's beside the point). Seriously, I think it's awesome that you've been together since high school :-)
Nice to meet you Jessica. I will have to look into how to have the comments emailed to me.
I love Geri! Please tell her hi. I was in her wedding, and she and Benj were great friends of Jimmy's and mine in college. They were in our wedding too! Well, Geri was a bridesmaid....I think Benj videoed everyone....giving advice to the newlyweds. It was hilarious!
I digressed, sorry!
I have a neighbor with chickens. Yay! I buy my eggs from him. A close friend of mine is getting a milk cow soon. So then I will have fresh milk, and I am going to try to make butter.
Have a great day!
