Last June, in celebration of her "10 month birthday" she had chocolate cake for the first time. She literally shook from happiness and sugar when she got a good bite in her mouth. And although I am loathe to admit it, she had said cake at Captain D's. For some odd reason, this has become a really weird family tradition- perhaps due to the fact that they do actually have some delicious tiny chocolate cakes, but fish is gross and smells bad. But both Christopher and I spent our 16th birthday dinners there and Charlotte spent her 10 month birthday and her 1 year birthday there (obviously she had a party but on the actual day we went to the Captain).
Let's all stare in wonder at her lack of hair:
Also, Saturday I am having a yard sale- please feel free to stop by and buy something or help us. It will be hot and since I hate all strangers it will be a long cranky day. I have been known to fall asleep in box of clothes when it all got to be too much.

I recognize the cake, but who is that hairless baby?
