Well, things have been busy today, Holden is here again and we have been busy playing and playing all day long! I decided to combine posts today and I will link to this one on my sewing blog so that I don't have to upload the pictures more than once.
These are some cute new pants I made for Charlotte yesterday and she has been so cute wearing them today. There are some mistakes on these, but I will be making them again- they were pretty easy once I figured them out.

Very cute style of pant. I may be requesting some for Isabella.
Isabella better not get her pants before I get a skirt.
(I have seen these pants in person; ridiculously cute - but I've been asking for a skirt for a year. . . .)
If you don't give me fabric and measurements, you get no skirt.
I am hoping to make C another pair of these this week- they are so comfy and cute!!! It won't take much extra time to whip up a pair for Isabella at the same time....
Sounds good to me...I love them.
That's right msm, no fabric, no skirt! :)
The bows really do it for me!!
I agree with Rachel! Have you seen fabric prices lately?! jk
I have decided to make a sign that I'm kidding. Because I use sarcasm a lot; I don't want it to be interpreted the wrong way: jk.
sourpatch
(it stands for :just kidding:)
I love that sourpatch feels the need to explain jk. I know we're old but we used jk very commonly in conversation back in the day. I love the pants too!
This post just showed up for me, but it says you posted it on Friday, am I missing something?
Lori - you're just missing Jessica's posts period, like the rest of us. She DID NOT post this until Monday (yesterday).
Pants? Easy? -I think because you are so good at sewing. I agree about the bows..they are so fabulous on the pants. & I loooove bows! Makes them girly!
btw..when was Charlotte 20 mths? or will she be in May?
I HAVE FABRIC AND A MEASURING TAPE. GIVE ME SOME SKIRTS.
I forgot that I had this all ready to go on Friday and when I remembered I hit publish. That is why it wasn't on there until Monday. I have a few others waiting in the wings as well.
Things haven't been interesting lately.
Charlotte was 20 months on the 22nd of April.
I am making more pants tomorrow!!!
