Monday Morning Check In

Okay boys and girls, let's set our weekly fitness/nutrition goals!

Just post your goals in the comments for whatever you would like achieve this week. Next Monday we will have a check in next week to see how everyone did and set the goals for next week.

My goals for this week are:

Go to Aerobics on Friday.
Log my food on Myfooddiary everyday.
Go to the gym at least one more time during the week.

My goal this week is to keep Mary from baking.

hmmmm.... well, no exercise and I'll probably gain a few pounds. I plan to eat often and stick to my one coke a day rule!!!
