Monday Morning Check In #2

Okay, lets check in-

My goals last week were to 1. go to aerobics, 2. log my food, 3. go to the gym at least once more in the week.

I did go to aerobics and I logged most of my food. I did not however, make it to the gym.

The new goals this week are: Well, they are exactly the same!!! Excitement abounds around here.

My goals last week were to keep Mary from baking; she made icebox cookies and brownies. If I'm going to let myself go, I'd rather do it via chocolate chip cookies and banana pudding. . .

Well I did not make all my goals either due to work, it so gets in the way sometimes....

Swam 4200 yards
Ran 6 miles
Lifted 4 days

I am doing the indoor Tri at Bartlett Rec in Feb and decided to do the memphis in May Triathlon for sure.

and for diet, I do not even know.
