Well, it is early in the day but I have to share this now and I can add to it later if needed.
I was so optimistic about being in bed at 10:15 but of course that didn't go as planned- I fell asleep around 11:30 but was wide awake by 1:30.
That led to the worst night ever.
I couldn't fall back asleep so around 2:30 I got up and took a Tylenol PM- I was so congested and miserable I thought it was my only shot.
Fast Forward to 3:30am and I am still in bed- still wide awake.
So, I decided to take a shower to see if that helped with the congestion and just to give the Tylenol another chance to kick in. I got back into bed and woke up Matt to tell him that he was 100% responsible for getting up with Charlotte. The last numbers I remember seeing on the clock were 4:16am.
Even thought I slept in today, I still feel groggy and yucky.
My full plan of attack tonight is.... no caffeine after 7, gonna try and work out a little today (even if I just walk), in the bed by 11, Tylenol Simply Sleep at 10:30. Maybe some hot chocolate... I know that breaks the caffeine rule but if taste so good and feels good on my throat. And it is delicious.
Not sleeping is the worst feeling in the world.
