Well, we went to the doctor today and all was well. She is up to 22 lbs 8 oz and was around the 45th percentile on weight. She is a little on the short side and lacking quite a few teeth. She has the bottom two, and up on top she finally had another break through. Most kids her age are getting their first set of molars so we are a little behind the curve, but I got my teeth really late and the teething process tends to be genetic.
Her vocabulary skills are well above what they look for at this age (Matt and I counted all day and she has 28 words and 6 signs) and her fine motor skills are advanced for her age.
She is still doing great with her spoon and fork- she even ate her corn last night with the fork... I am an adult and sometimes find it difficult to scoop it up with a fork.
We are getting her a potty chair for Christmas because she is showing a lot of interest in her diapers and... uh... potty stuff. She still has a ways to go before she can be potty trained, but there is no harm in getting her started!
I should have some new pictures to put up in the next few days or so be on the lookout...
