Well, after watching 13 of her friends get pregnant, have showers,
and give birth
(not to mention all the 100s of strangers she assisted in birth)
Becca finally welcomed her own bundle of joy last night!
They showed up at the hospital at 4:30 to get the party started and when I arrived at 12:30 things seemed to be progressing. But, around 5:30 not much had changed and it seemed a c-section was in order. Matt went to their house to let their dogs out and I went home to spend a little time with my own baby. Around 7:45 I was making my way back to the hospital while Matt stayed home to tuck Charlotte into bed and when I got there she was back in recovery. Her mom, Kylee and I waited quite impatiently until about 10pm when we finally got to go upstairs and see Becca. The baby was in the nursery because his blood sugar was a bit low so we had to wait until almost 11:35 to hold him!
He is a BIG boy weighing in at 11 pounds and 5 ounces and 22 inches long!!!

No way! That is a big baby!! I bet Scott is on top of the world! Tell her I said congrats!! Now she needs a blog to post her pics. Ahhh, to only have one child to take pictures of. Three just tkes too long, lol
