Well, a while back I decided that since Charlotte loves to drink her bath water (she leans over and laps it up like a dog) that I didn't want to clean the tub with Comet or bleach or anything anymore. So I bought some of the Method all- natural cleaner from Target and it works REALLY well- I was surprised at how good it was.
When I was cleaning again today I noticed that after I used the other "real" cleaning products I had a really bad headache and the fumes were horrible. So I went out and bought some more natural cleaning products- they are a little more expensive though. I haven't tried the window cleaner yet, I will have to let you know how it works.
So, if any of you want a less harsh and toxic way to clean I highly recommend the Method cleaning products as well as Seventh Generation.
I only mop my floors with white vinegar ( I have always done this because other floor cleaners can be toxic to dogs) and it always makes me think of dying easter eggs.
Also, I don't buy a ton of organic food, but I do get organic milk because it doesn't go bad nearly as fast as the traditional milk.
I know this is a random thing to post, but when I logged on here today they had pulled "environmental" and "green" blogs to highlight so I thought I might add my two cents on all that.
ETA: For the record, we don't let her drink the bath water once we put soap in there :)
